- 1 Avocado (mine was 112 grams)
- 1 Tub cool whip FREE
- 3/4 cup splenda
- Mix all ingredients by hand or with an hand mixer.
- Divide into individual freezer safe containers.
- Place in the freezer over night. (Cool whip solidifies into an ice cream like texture when frozen)
- Thaw a few minutes before eating.
