- 3 avocados
- 2 cans tuna or chicken (or boil and shred chicken tenderloins, about 6 oz)
- 1 Tbsp fat free miracle whip
2. Mix the mayo in with the drained tuna
3. Stuff the tuna/mayo mixture into the avocados.
