- 1 1lb pork tenderloin
- 2 medium baking potatoes (or any variety)
- 14 baby carrots
- 2 cups water
- 1 chicken buillon cube
- salt & pepper to taste
- Trim the pork and place in the crockpot. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Add the potatoes, carrots, water, and buillon cube to the crockpot. Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper.
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for longer.
- Remove from crockpot and serve with broth if desired. Pork will be flaking it's so tender!
