- butter flavored cooking spray
- salt & pepper to taste
- other seasonings as desired (I used some Mrs. Dash lemon pepper).
2. Cook, searing on each side, for about 3 minutes per side, or until flaky. You may have to loosen the bottom of the fish periodically so it won't stick.

ReplyDeleteswai fish is so easy to fix.Its cheaper too.grilled,deep fry or anyway you cook it cooks perfect each time.
now I'm fixing to get more.my little boy sammy is ten years old, he enjoys swai fish so much so that we decided to go to Sam's club to get a bigger packet.
