- 4 4 oz Tilapia fillets
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 can spinach
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs (or 4 ritz crackers, crushed)
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Blend the cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl.
- Add the garlic, nutmeg, and salt
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray
- Arrange the fillets on the pan and slice a slit down the fish.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the fish.
- Sprinkle Ritz or bread crumbs over fish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
