- 4 boneless pork chops (about 4oz each)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (I used cream of chicken)
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (about 1 cup) or use fresh
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Season the pork with the lemon pepper and salt.
- Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl to make mushroom dijon sauce.
- Add the sauce to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
